Over twenty five years of technical, commercial and company management experience providing combustion engineering services and products to the Power Generation industry worldwide. Expertise in the low emission combustion of oil, gas and coal, and international business development within the power generation marketplace. He has personally led and managed a number of successful combustion and emissions improvement projects for leading players within the power generation sector throughout the world.

He is a Director of the British Flame Research Council (BFRC), the United Kingdom branch of the International Flame Research Foundation (IFRF). He is a member of the Advisory Committee for CoalGen Europe and also of the Scientific Committee for The European Industrial Furnaces and Boiler Conference (InFub).
He has authored and co-authored a number of papers regarding emissions and efficiency improvements of large combustion plant at numerous events worldwide.

In 2000 Established the European office to bring the entire RJM commercial product line and services to the worldwide market outside the USA. Responsible for new revenue generation to major industries and utilities within this market, together with all engineering aspects including project management, engineering, start-up and service. In 2005 succeeded in completing the management buyout of RJM Corporation (EC) Limited and rebranded the company to RJM International.

Promoted to lead the U.K. company and to achieve new growth and increased profitability (following the U.S. acquisition). Achieved a 50% growth in revenues and a seven fold increase in profitability for this stand alone manufacturing, design and engineering business by:

  1. Consolidation of product lines and marketing effort between the U.S. and the U.K.
  2. Establishment and management of international sales network embracing Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovak Republic, South Africa, India, South Korea, Argentina, Chile, Egypt, amongst others.
  3. Introduction and management of comprehensive product cost reduction program and project cost monitoring system.
  4. Development of new products for main load oil/gas boilers and for CFB boilers.
